QUALITY POLICY

            As one of the supplier of Turk Automotive Industry and Defence Industry, Mikron Makine wants to do its best not only in variety of productions but also in quality management system aplication throughout the firm. It should always be remembered that you can not achieve all the aplication of quality management system alone; you need help. Employees can be ready to achieve indeed but they must be convinced to the system. Micron believes that quality values must be internalized at every level of the organization. Therefore we discuss the system with all departments of firm and allow employees to make suggestions for modification. We believe that without belief there will be no success and participation to the system.

*Before making commitments we fully understand and believe that we can meet.
*To meet these commitments, we have implemented a Quality Management System ISO9001:2000 that we were awarded by ABS Q.E (America).
*To produce medical implant we have awarded CE certification and EN ISO 13485:2003 by ORKI (Hungary)
*As part of our quest for excellence, we constantly seek to improve our product and services.
*This policy is communicated to all employees and is being displayed in selected location throughout the firm.
*This quality policy is periodically reviewed to ensure its continuing suitability to the needs of Mikron, its customer and employees.
*Since everyone has something to learn from eachother . We give huge importance for education and training of employees. Our approach to communicating and implementing these values is one of encouragement, education and training rather than policing. Ongoing education and individual support provide employees confidence,and motivation;so that the employees implement the Mikron’s quality philosopy.

           As Managing Directors we are committed to setting the quality policy as above in motion; and to ensuring resources and conditions needed to accomplish this. It will be our task to periodically re-examine the realL performances and achievement of objectives.
